One of the ways I determine if a coffee is fresh is by its nitrogen content. Really fresh coffee has a high nitrogen content and bubbles when brewed while old coffee does not.
Storyville shows a very high nitrogen level. Even though the date is on the package- the bubbles just are a confirmation

This is one of the best coffees I have ever had. If I had one suggest for you it would be spend less on your packaging so you could lower the price of your shipping. I am a person who looks for free or discounted shipping before I buy.

The coffee was very good and i like the fact that it was recently roasted. However, the three bags i received, did not last until the next shipment date; and for me would be too expensive to add extra coffee to my shipment or shorten the shipping time.
