    Not a great gift card experience

    I ordered a gift card for my son via online for his birthday. The ordering was very easy and I was happy to be able to send him the gift. However, what he received was a card with no indication of who it was from and no amount. He just got a card. No message from me or my name. Very disappointing experience.
