    Prologue / Blended Daily Drinker

    A good quality daily drinker. This is a blend versus a single origin. The packaging is very high-quality. The coffee does not provide a lot of complexity or depth. It definitely comes to a premium roaster. It’s good to have but will need to have single origin around if looking for something more interesting. The roast is in medium too dark. It does have a little bit of bitter, depending on how you make it. I made it pour over at 205 Fahrenheit. 20 g of beans with 300 g of water. The brew time was about four minutes.

    Great tasting coffee. I would buy these Storyville coffee pods again. Bold taste with balance without being too strong or too weak, no bitterness. Very pleasant cup of coffee.
