I am not an espresso drinker I like my cappuccino’s and flat whites so far I have made three cappuccinos with your coffee. I find it to be not bitter nor sour. I’m doing an 18 g double shot of espresso and the cappuccino has come out excellent. My machine is the Breville barista touch impress. So overall, I give you’re coffee. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
